I’m in love with that kale salad kit! It comes with chopped kale, brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli stalk, chicory, craisins, and roasted pumpkin seeds. I mix it with my favorite Italian dressing (Newman’s Own), feta cheese, and either baked tofu, chickpeas, or hard-boiled egg. It is so good. Totally recommend!
Have you guys seen or tried the new Chobani 100 calorie, stevia-sweetened greek yogurts? I’ve tried the peach and blueberry so far…wasn’t a big fan of the blueberry but the peach was pretty good. I also got one of the Chobani flips to try out.
